We will also go over the logistics of a deal, from what paperwork you need to get started, to what items you need in place when you complete it, and everything in between. My goal is to teach you how to safely and securely ENTER and EXIT every deal you enter into, eliminating risk and maximizing profits at the end of the day.

In this session, we will look at how to increase your profit options by investing in highly profitable deal types that many investors overlook (such as investing in historic districts, new construction, creative financing methods, etc.). 

I will also show you how to identify incredible deals in secret pockets of your market, even in market conditions with low inventory. I will teach you how to put in place the motto that I run my own investing business on: "If you cannot find a deal, then create one!"
