I've been investing in real estate for the past two decades. I also spent 16 years as a professional trainer for some big name REI Training Groups, some of which have charged students over $55,000 to learn what I now teach for a fraction of that (and much of it for free). 

My passion has always been helping people find financial freedom through real estate investing. The problem was, the more time I spent with these big name REI Training Groups, the more I realized their mission was very different from mine. I realized that these groups weren't out to help STUDENTS, they were out to sell SEATS. 

As a trainer, working for these companies was always a constant struggle. These companies would over-charge students to take my classes, and then reprimand me for offering too much content because they couldn't keep them "coming back for more."

That's why in 2016 I decided to go out on my own.

As my own trainer, I'm now able to offer as much training as I want without being reprimanded for including too much value. I love giving my knowledge away to help people improve their lives and now that is exactly what I get to do.
