Who is Brad Sides?
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Brad Sides, and I am an awardwinning coach, mentor, trainer, investor and author who has been investing in real estate for over twenty years. In that time, I have trained over 16,000 investors in over 300 markets across the United States, and while I may not have seen everything, I've come close to it!
But in truth, my success in real estate is the least of my accomplishments. What I am most proud of is the time that I have earned back at home, time that I get to spend with my friends and family.
I have found that this is the true value of real estate investing - not the money that you can make, but the time that you can win back by finally attaining financial freedom, generating passive income, and working yourself out of a day job so you can spend your life doing what you love and fulfilling your dreams, instead of working for someone else's. rather than as a slave to my financial position.
